Mobile robots have already made their mark in the automotive industry, and now they are making a dent in other market segments as well. Fast-changing buyer behavior and growing labor scarcity are leading to new areas of application.
TGW's mobile robotics are the rapidly scalable and reliable answer to whatever tomorrow will bring. Autonomous mobile robots can be used flexibly; transport a variety of goods including pallets, cartons or totes; and react to their environment.
The Quba portfolio is ideal for an integral, door-to-door solution with its comprehensive variety of robot types (AMRs, AGVs, self-propelled forklifts), seamless integration into existing installations, and expertise in consulting, integration, and service.
Flexible and adaptable to future requirements
Improves the performance of inefficient processes
Increases system availability and ensures process stability
Comprehensive door-to-door solution
High return on investment
In today’s intralogistics, companies face a variety of challenges. From labor shortages to increasing demands for flexibility and the integration of automated systems into existing facilities, the requirements for efficiency, productivity, scalability, and flexibility are higher than ever. TGW Logistics addresses these challenges with a comprehensive portfolio that sets new standards, particularly through advanced solutions in the field of mobile robotics.
We will happily advise you on the use of the different technologies available in our portfolio. Whether AMRs or AGVs, TGW's mobile robotics will enhance the performance of your facility.
AGVs are defined by line-bound navigation. This may be physical lines (consisting of magnetic strips or QR codes) or virtual lines (through contour-based or camera-based navigation). With the help of machine vision, AGVs' autonomy can now be expanded to allow them to leave their defined path in certain situations.
What sets AMRs apart is their fully autonomous navigation, using various sensor and camera technologies to achieve this. The devices' autonomy allows them to safely avoid people and objects based on a virtual map of their environment. Autonomous mobile robots are excellent for dynamic, responsive environments where they may have to react to unexpected situations.
