First point of contact for company guests and central service point for all employees
Administration of visitor and meeting room management
Support with the organization of events
Management of the switchboard and mailroom
Organization and monitoring of external service providers, vehicle fleet management and other administrative activities
Support and organization of the vehicle fleet (booking of pool vehicles / scheduling of tire changes and maintenance appointments, etc.)
Responsible for ordering and issuing office supplies
General administrative tasks such as data maintenance and filing
Supervision of trainees working at the front desk
Ideally training/studies with experience in the commercial sector
Professional experience in the reception area or in a comparable position
Customer orientation and organizational skills
Experienced with MS Office
Very good knowledge of German and English
Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor
Reliability, discretion and ability to work in a team
Wide variety of tasks and room for creativity to find innovative solutions
